New Moon...Finally

Last night, or should say really early this morning New Moon hit theaters! I have never been one to go to the midnight showing of any movie, except for that one time my cousin Manny dragged me to the Star Wars movies (I do like Star Wars so it wasn't such a drag). Aside from Star Wars I have never been to any midnight showing of any movie...WOW...I just realized how geeky I sound. Anyhow I was excited to go see this flick after many months of anticipation waiting for this movie to come out. After reading the whole twilight saga I now wish I would have re-read the book before watching the movie, in order to really catch all those little things that differ from the actual book. As they say the book is always better and that is true for New Moon, but I must say they did a really good job on this film and it was much better than the Twilight film. It was interesting to see all the fans and movie goers with there team Jacob or team Edward shirts and I even saw some guy who actually dressed up as Edward with a wig and everything. I guess some people just take it to the extreme, nonetheless I had a great time and thank my friend Angie for coordinating all 27 of us to go together.
